Mrs. Ashley isn't just the director of operations; she's the first point of contact for anxious students and relieved parents, guiding them through the maze of learning to drive with patience and expertise. Mr. Bryce
CFO Of Safety First Driving Academy, LLC.
The Chief Financial Officer at Safety First possesses a comprehensive aviation background, evidenced by his completion of courses in Safety Management Systems (SMS), Advanced Aircraft Accident Investigation, Aircraft Systems, Airport Safety and Emergency Management, Risk Management, Hazardous Materials Management, and Aviation Safety Analysis.
His proficiency includes Commercial Piloting, Communication, Strategic Planning, Business Planning, and accreditation as a Certified Flight Instructor. In addition, he serves as a FOQA/LOSA Analyst for PSA Airlines, INC.
He holds licenses for Commercial Single & Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Rating issued by the Federal Aviation Administration.
The individual graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Aviation Safety and Operations, Professional Flight, and from Eastern Florida State College with an Associate's degree in General Studies. Furthermore, he was affiliated with Phi Theta Kappa.
Mr. Bryce assumes a pivotal role in fostering growth and ensuring financial soundness by supervising all financial affairs.

His experience across family services and child protective sectors has equipped him with the empathy and insight needed to guide new drivers. His dedication to behavioral health enhances his driver education, instilling safe and mindful driving habits. Mr. Michael believes that decisive actions are the mark of true leaders, not titles. He emphasizes that the driving education program is not just about making a dollar, but about making a difference!
